Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is a markup language widely used for creation of web pages. With JavaScript and CSS3, it forms a frontend interface. HTML describes document structure using tags by giving importance to individual pieces of text. Popularity of CSS lets us divide visual part from semantic sections. This makes unofficial semantic of HTML, which changes tag names to more specific, more attractive. In effect the document becomes indepenedent and could be combined with multiple style sheet, which could customize view for different screens, high-resolution printers, mobile devices, browsers using speech synthesizers or devices adapted for blind who use Braille and so on. All these factors raise the importance of Hypertext Markup Language and situate it as an essential tool.
